Is your counselling service confidential?
Yes. Your privacy is respected at all times. I follow the ACA Code of Ethics, and your information will not be shared without your informed consent, unless required by law for safety reasons.
Have you worked with people who have experienced trauma, addiction, or mental health challenges?
Yes. I have extensive experience working with people navigating complex trauma, addiction, and a wide range of mental health concerns. I have worked in support roles with marginalised communities, and now as a qualified counsellor, I provide compassionate, trauma-informed support to clients facing these challenges.
What is your success rate?
Every person’s journey is unique, so I do not measure success in a one-size-fits-all way. For some, progress means gaining clarity and coping tools; for others, it may be managing daily life more confidently or healing from past trauma.
My approach is collaborative — we work together to define what "progress" looks like for you, and I regularly check in to make sure counselling continues to meet your needs.
Fortunately, my experience has been that all clients I have worked with have reported noteable success with their goals, while also addressing trauma and managing addictive behaviours.
